Singapore Airlines Plane With 180 Passengers Will Land In Bali Tomorrow Afternoon
DENPASAR - Acting Head of the Bali Tourism Office, Tjok Bagus Pemayun, confirmed that Singapore Airlines (SIA) will land at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali, Wednesday, February 16 tomorrow.
"Until now, there has been no change according to the schedule, at 10.50 WITA we landed in Bali," Pemayun said when contacted, Tuesday, February 15.
Singapore Airlines (SIA) will carry 180 passengers. However, it is not yet known where the passengers came from, namely Indonesian citizens or foreign nationals.
"I received temporary data yesterday for 180 (passengers). But I haven't received the details until now. I'm still waiting until now," he said.
Pemayun emphasized that the opening of direct international flights to Bali had a positive impact on the growth of the tourism sector on the Island of the Gods.
"For Bali tourism, the impact is very good for Bali's future growth because Singapore has arrived and Narita (Japan) has also arrived and Bali tourism hopefully will recover," he said.
