Central Jakarta Health Agency Calls More COVID-19 Patients Asymptomatic, OTG
JAKARTA - A total of 8,450 residents in Central Jakarta have tested positive for COVID-19. This number continues to increase sharply, which previously touched 5,707 cases.
"Currently, there are 8,450 positive cases of COVID-19 in Central Jakarta," said Head of the Central Jakarta Health Sub-dept., Erizon, when contacted by reporters, Monday, February 14.
Erizon said, currently the occupancy rate (BOR) for Corona (COVID-19) patients in all Central Jakarta hospitals has reached 62.27 percent, and the ICU occupancy rate has reached 47.6 percent.
"ICU BOR is 62.27 percent isolation, while ICU BOR is 47.6 percent isolation," said Erizon.
Erizon explained, the number of patients who tested positive for COVID-19 was more with mild symptoms or people without symptoms (OTG). He said the patient was advised to self-isolate (isoman) at home.
"Those in the hospital must have symptoms, if they don't have symptoms, they are isoman at home. There is more isoman," he said.
"In general, like that, there is a provision from the government that those who are treated in hospitals are COVID with moderate and severe symptoms, OTG and mild symptoms are recommended isoman and isoter," he continued.
Previously, it was reported that there were 5,707 cases of COVID-19 in Central Jakarta on February 8, 2022. Whereas previously there were 2000 cases of COVID-19.
