Bareskrim And The Exposure Attorney Together Finalize The Case Files For The Fake Road Transfer
JAKARTA - The Directorate of General Crimes (Dirtipidum) Bareskrim Polri is collaborating with the public prosecutor at the AGO to title a case (expose) a case of fake pass. The expose was held in the AGO round building.
"Yes, we expose it to the prosecutor for coordination," said the Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri Brigadier General Ferdy Sambo to reporters, Wednesday, September 9.
Coordination with the prosecutor was carried out to complete a number of things in the case files of the three suspects in the case of fake passes. But it is not explained that the fake pass documents are declared complete or vice versa.
"Regarding the formal and material completeness of the three case files," said Ferdy.
Previously, the National Police Public Relations Division Karo Penmas, Brig. Gen. Awi Setiyono, said that investigators had completed the filing of a fake passport case with three suspects namely Djoko Tjandra, Brigjen Prasetyo Utomo, and Anita Kolopaking. Files as thick as thousands of sheets have been transferred to the investigating prosecutor at the AGO.
In the case of a fake pass, Brig. Gen. Prasetyo was named the suspect who issued the letter. Brigen Prasetyo is subject to Article 263 paragraph 1 and 2 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code and Article 426 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code and or Article 221 paragraph 1-2 of the Criminal Code. Article 263 of the Criminal Code regulates the making of fake letters.
Anita Kolopaking, who is Djoko Tjandra's right hand man, is suspected of committing crimes under Article 263 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code and 223 of the Criminal Code. Meanwhile, Djoko Tjandra was charged with Article 263 paragraph 1 and 2 regarding the Use of Fake Letters, Article 426, Article 221 of the Criminal Code.
