Hadi Pranoto's Examination Has Not Been Completed Due To Claiming To Be Unwell
JAKARTA - Hadi Pranoto's investigation was not completed on Tuesday, September 8. Hadi who was examined for the herbal medicine COVID-19 asked to postpone the examination for health reasons.
"So yesterday the examination had not been completed, the person concerned felt unwell, asked to be postponed," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters, Wednesday, September 9.
Hadi Pranoto admitted that he was not feeling well after the examination lasted for about seven hours. The investigator granted the request so that the examination was postponed.
"So that investigators will be given the opportunity to carry out further investigations," said Yusri.
However, further examination has not been confirmed. Investigators are still coordinating with lawyer Hadi Pranoto to schedule an examination.
"Now, we are still coordinating with his lawyer again, hopefully he will be cooperative and will come to us to examine him as a reported witness at Crimesus Polda Metro Jaya," said Yusri.
Postponement of examining Hadi due to health reasons is not the first time. During the previous examination on Monday, August 24, Hadi used a similar excuse to postpone the examination. VHadi said that his condition had not fully recovered because he had previously been hospitalized.
Hadi Pranoto was reported to Polda Metro Jaya by the General Chairperson of Cyber Indonesia, Muannas Alaidid, because he was considered to be spreading false news about claims for a COVID-19 antibody herbal medicine.
In this case, the police will apply Article 28 in conjunction with Article 45A of the Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) Law. This case began when Hadi Pranoto and Anji discussed COVID-19 and uploaded them to YouTube. In the conversation, Hadi said that he had found a COVID-19 antibody herbal medicine.
