Only 39.65 Percent Of Mukomuko Residents Were Vaccinated Until Phase Two

MUKOMUKO - The Mukomuko Regency COVID-19 Handling Task Force, Bengkulu Province, said that until now only 65,109 people or around 39.65 percent of the 164,208 residents of the area received the complete COVID-19 vaccine, namely the first and second doses.

Spokesperson for the Mukomuko Regency COVID-19 Task Force, Bustam Bustomo, in his statement in Mukomuko, Saturday, February 12, said that those who had received the complete vaccine consisted of 1,234 health workers and 46,300 public service officers. , 8,714 adolescents aged 12-17 years, 174 children aged 6-11 years and 5,295 recipients of the mutual cooperation vaccine.

A total of 46,300 public service officers who have completed receiving complete vaccinations consist of Kodim personnel, Police, District Attorney, District Court, KPPN, Religious Courts, journalists, BPJS, government employees, BRI, State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and the general public.

Then at this time there are 130,371 residents who have received the injection of the COVID-19 vaccination phase I consisting of 1,392 health workers and 86,061 public service officers, and 5,684 elderly.

Furthermore, 14,757 adolescents aged 12-17 years, children aged 6-11 years 17,175 people and 5,302 mutual assistance vaccine recipients.

Until now, there are still 65,262 health workers, public service workers, youth, children and the elderly who have received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine but have not received the second dose of vaccine. Some of them have not reached their maturity and their health conditions are not yet possible.

He explained, there were residents who had not received the second dose of COVID-19 vaccination because their health conditions had not allowed. There are also residents and children who have not yet received the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. He said, as many as 1,224 residents in this area have received the complementary vaccine or the third dose.

He stated that the injection of the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine and the second dose for health workers, public service workers, youth, children and the elderly would continue according to the target number.

Currently, the health workers, public service officers and the elderly are still waiting for the health conditions of the local residents to recover to receive a complete injection of the COVID-19 vaccine.

He asked the official health officers and Puskesmas to provide mobile vaccination services to villages and sub-districts spread across 15 sub-districts in this area.
