VIDEO: Financial Sector Law Reform, OJK: What's Now From 1992

JAKARTA - Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Wimboh Santoso said that reform efforts in the financial sector in the country are currently very urgent. Moreover, one of the regulations that become the benchmark today comes from the formation of regulations in the early 90s. According to Wimboh, new regulations are needed to be able to ward off various challenges that continue to develop and cannot be accommodated by the old legal umbrella.
