TANGERANG - A group of youths suspected of being gangsters, who attacked residents of Talaga Village, Cikupa, Tangerang Regency, allegedly planned the brutal action. That perception was in Jajang's mind, an eye witness at the scene.

Jajang thought that the perpetrators who suddenly attacked him while carrying a large sickle were an invitation from someone he did not know.

"It seems someone invited (the gangsters) here. Outsiders, seem foreign. It means that they really are not (residents) of this area. You could say it was outside the area, so it was the wrong target.” said Jajang, when met in Telaga Village, Tangerang Regency, Friday, February 11, noon.

Jajang recounted the events he had with his friends. Wednesday, February 9, at around 02.00 WIB, Jajang was in front of the house with his friends. However, suddenly a group of gangsters attacked him while carrying a large sickle.

"Coming later, with it (celurit) they blindly. He attacked me in front of my house," he said.

Although threatening his life, Jajang said he was lucky that there were no casualties. And the attack ended quickly, said Jajang.

"Alhamdulillah, we survived, there were no victims, the facilities were not damaged, thank God. They act for about 1 minute or 2 minutes, after that they leave us, “I Jajang.

"There's something behind it, as if telling the gangsters to end it. 'Already done' means telling them to leave, so someone will be in command,” he concluded.

Shortly after the incident took place, Jajang immediately reported to the police.

Meanwhile, the Tangerang Regency Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho, said his party had gathered witnesses for questioning.

"We are just gathering witnesses," said Zain, when confirmed.

Regarding the existence of people who gave invitations to the alleged gangster groups, Zain admitted that he was studying the matter.

"We are still investigating," he concluded.

As previously reported, a gang of youths suspected of being gangsters attacked residents of Talaga Village, Cikupa, Tangerang Regency. They brought sickles to attack people they did not know.

Based on the video received, a group of youths can be seen chasing a man while brandishing a sharp weapon (sajam) type of sickle. In fact, a number of perpetrators chased him into the victim's yard. Even though the victim had entered his house to take cover, the perpetrators tried to injure him by pushing the door.
