The Syndicate Says Any Elected KPU Member Can Influence The Quality Of The Election
JAKARTA - Director of PARA Syndicate Adi Nurcahyo emphasized that the candidates for KPU and Bawaslu RI who will be elected after a fit and proper test in the DPR RI will have implications for the quality of the elections to be held in 2024.
In a discussion in Jakarta, Friday, February 11, Adi said that the candidates for KPU and Bawaslu RI members who were elected would be expected to be the best and most trusted figures.
According to him, the best commissioners are related to the capacity, proportionality, and integrity of the elected and trusted figures, namely to fulfill public acceptability.
"Because we believe that elections are good, democratic and with integrity will also have implications for public trust in the electoral democratic process that we will carry out in 2024," he said.
