Songwriter I Think You're Home Reveals Violence During Dating, Isa Elfasya Apologizes To Aya Canina
JAKARTA - The success of the film Kukira Kau Rumah, seems to open the veil from the past story of the songwriter Aya Canina, the former vocalist of Amygdala. Through her Instagram account, Aya stated that she had been a victim of violence by her boyfriend, who is also a member of the band.
Aya explained that she had received unpleasant treatment for three and a half years with her lover, known as Isa Elfasya.
"I left the Amygdala because I experienced dating violence during that 3.5 years. And it really affected my mental state. Who was my girlfriend at that time? Vocal 2 as well as Lead Guitar. The person who always sang with me," wrote Aya through his Instastories account @ayacanina.
The news was finally widely discussed on the sidelines of the success of the film Kukira Kau Rumah. Until Isa as Aya's ex-lover spoke up.
He made a letter of apology openly to Aya and those who felt aggrieved for her actions through her Instagram account @isaelfasya, Thursday, February 10.
"I am Isa Elfasya, I hereby apologize for the chaos that occurred and involve me in it. Together with this letter of apology, there are several points that I would like to convey," said Isa.
"My apologies to Aya Canina (Andari Jamalina Pratami) for whatever has happened in our relationship, including the violence that I have committed. Then, to several other parties who participated in this commotion," he added.
Isa admits that he has learned a lot from this incident and is ready to take responsibility until the problem with Aya is resolved.
"From this incident I have learned many things to become a better human being. Whatever it is, despite all this, I always wish the best for Aya Canina's happiness and everything she does so that it always goes well," he concluded.
