Revealed! Pinangki Pays An Apartment Rental Of Rp.75 Million A Month, The Money Is Allegedly From Djoko Tjandra
JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office has revealed that Djoko Tjandra's Rp7.5 billion in bribes was used by Attorney Pinangki Sirna Malasari for his personal needs.
One of them is to rent an apartment in the South Jakarta area. Even the rent for the apartment is worth IDR 75 million per month.
"If I'm not mistaken, the rent for a month's apartment is Rp75 million," Febrie Ardiansyah, Director of Investigation at the Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes, told reporters, Tuesday, September 8.
However, unfortunately Febrie did not specify the location of the apartment that Pinangki rented. According to him, all will be open in court.
In addition, Pinangki also spent the money to buy luxury cars. Namely the BMW X5, which costs no less than IDR 1.5 billion. Then for personal care costs.
Meanwhile, for the purposes of handling the Djoko Tjandra case, Pinangki has only spent US $ 50 thousand or the equivalent of Rp. 500 million. The money was given by Pinangki to Anita Kolopaking.
"Investigators chase the rest to buy a BMW, pay maintenance fees," he said.
Febrie previously said that the money that Pinangki gave to Anita Kolopaking was allegedly used for the processing of reconsiderations (PK). However, the AGO is still investigating this.
Meanwhile, the prosecutor Pinangki Sirna Malasari has been named a suspect by the Attorney General's Office because he is suspected of accepting bribes related to the fatwa so that Djoko Tjandra is not executed in the Bank Bali cessie case at the Supreme Court.
The AGO suspects that Pinangki received a bribe worth 500 thousand US dollars or the equivalent of Rp7.5 billion from Djoko Tjandra. In this case, the Attorney General's Office has also appointed Djoko Tjandra as the bribe giver. Most recently, the AGO has named Andi Irfan Jaya as a suspect related to the agreement in the MA fatwa.
