The three provinces referred to by Wiku are DKI Jakarta, West Java and East Java.
For the DKI Jakarta Province, he said two things had been done. One of them is creating independent isolation facilities for the community.
"DKI Jakarta has built an independent isolation facility in two towers at the Wisma Atlit Emergency Hospital and this is of course used for independent isolation in unsettled communities," Wiku said in a press conference broadcast online on the Presidential Secretariat YouTube account, Tuesday, 8 September.
With this facility, Jakarta residents are allowed to carry out independent isolation if it is not possible to do so in the hospital or at home. However, provided that you bring a referral letter from the Puskesmas.
In addition to preparing an independent isolation area, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has also issued Circular Letter Number 2 of 2020 concerning the Arrangement of the Work Mechanism of State Civil Apparatus (ASN).

In this letter, it is stated that areas included in the green zone have 100 percent presence in the office, the yellow zone is a maximum of 75 percent, the orange zone is a maximum of 50 percent, and the red zone is a maximum of 25 percent.

"For West Java, PCR testing has been carried out for more than 50 thousand per week," said Wiku.
In addition to increasing testing, he also said that the West Java Provincial Government had asked industrial estate managers to comply with health protocols more. "Because the industry has the potential to increase the number of cases," he said.
"Then, West Java has also inaugurated a smart digital pesantren to digitize pesantren. This is in the context of case control," said Wiku.
Furthermore, East Java has also done several things related to handling COVID-19. Among them is disseminating the dangers of this virus which was carried out by COVID-19 survivors together with the Governor of East Java Khofifah Indar Parawansa.
This socialization, said Wiku, is useful for increasing public awareness.
In addition, the East Java Provincial Government has also briefed candidates for regional head, KPU, and Bawaslu to avoid election clusters.
