Two Directors Leave The Bank Led By The Son Of Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi
JAKARTA - PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk (BANK) must lose two of its directors. It was Mohammad Riza and Basuki Hidayat who declared their resignation from the bank led by the son of Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi.
This certainty was stated in a letter signed by the President Director of Bank Aladin Dyota Mahottama Marsudi to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Thursday, February 10.
Mohammad Riza is the Business Director of Aladin Bank since January 19, 2016. Prior to joining Aladin Bank, Riza worked at Al Yusr Islamic Bank of Oman Arab Bank SAOC as a Senior Treasury Dealer, as well as being appointed as Team Leader Corporate Banking.
Riza also has more than 10 years of experience in the Treasury of Sharia Banks, with the last 4 years as Treasury Islamic Head, Bank CIMB Niaga. Meanwhile, Riza earned an MBA from Gajah Mada University in 2009, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Geophysical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 2001.
Meanwhile Basuki Hidayat has been the Operational Director of Bank Aladin since 17 December 2013. Previously, Basuki worked at PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk with his last position as Vice President – Head of the Audit Group Division.
Basuki has experience in auditing, risk and control in banking operations.
He has more than 30 years of experience in the banking world, including being in charge of handling branch audits in the operational and credit fields at PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk, to ensure that banking operations run safely, effectively and efficiently. This Bachelor of Economics in Accounting, Diponegoro University, Semarang, has also been an auditor at the Public Accountant's office.
Riza and Basuki's resignation will be asked for shareholder approval at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGMS) on February 10, 2022.
