Noxa, Inlander And Kandarivas Sadistic Collaboration Produces Propaganda Weapon Album
JAKARTA - The grindcore team Noxa, the d-beat crossover group Inlander and the experimental grindcore unit from Japan Kandarivas have released a three way split album titled Propakanda Weapon. This collaboration album was released since the end of December 2021 via Blackandje Records.
This project is a follow-up to the togetherness of Noxa, Inlander and Kandarivas who once held a tour together in Japan in 2018.
The name Propakanda Weapon itself is a combination of the song title and the names of the three bands. 'Propakanda' was taken from Noxa's song Propaganda, Kanda from the name Kandarivas while 'Weapon' from Inlander's song The Real Weapon.
In this album, Noxa contributed two numbers that had never been released in physical format, namely Justice and Greed. These two numbers feature their new vocalist, Deido Shefa, a replacement for the late Tony 'Atenk' Pangemanan.
Then, Inlander played three songs titled Mass Movement, Revolutionary War Business and The Real Weapon. As for Kandarivas, threw four songs; Bankara, Garapachi Kite & Nitrogen plus two covers by Noxa; Propaganda and the Beta Homeland.
Propaganda Weapon underwent a mastering session at Audiosiege Studio Portland, Oregon, United States through the cold hands of Brad Boatright. This album is available in audio and digital CD format.
Aside from being a collaborative project, Propakanda Weapon is a special gift from Noxa, Inlander and Kandarivas for their two best friends, Tony Pangemanan and Fadzil from Muzik Box.
