Champ Resto Gets IDR 368.33 Billion, Investors Investment Minus 6.47 Percent

JAKARTA - PT Champ Resto Indonesia Tbk panicked investors. Having just started its initial trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today (Tuesday, February 8th), Champ Resto's shares with the code ENAK are in free fall.

Citing trading data, ENAK's shares fell 6.47 percent or reached the lower limit of the decline in stock prices (bottom auto rejection/ARB). ENAK's share price decreased from Rp850 to Rp795.

It was recorded that ENAK shares were transacted with a frequency of 6,699 times with a transaction value of Rp. 13.6 billion.

As is known, Champ Resto is the 6th listed company listed on the IDX this year. ENAK shares are included in a row of stocks that are engaged in the consumer cyclicals sector with the consumer services sub-sector.

The ENAK industry is tourism & recreation with sub-industries restaurants.

Just a reminder, citing the IDX statement, Champ Resto released 433.33 million shares consisting of 166.66 million new shares and 266.66 million divested shares. The initial price offered is IDR 850 per share.

That way, Champ Resto will earn IDR 368.33 billion in this IPO action.

Champ Resto was founded in 2010, and until now has become a restaurant group company that has 6 own restaurants.

Among them, Raa Cha (Suki and BBQ), Gokana (Japanese cuisine), BMK (Indonesian cuisine), Platinum (western and fusion cuisine), Chopstix (Asian cuisine) and Monsieur Spoon (bakery and café). Until the end of December 2021, Champ Resto operates 276 outlets spread across the islands of Java, Bali, Sumatra and Sulawesi.
