75 Candidates For Regional Head Have Not Submitted Swab Results During The Pilkada List
JAKARTA - The Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) said there are 75 prospective regional head elections for 2020 who have not submitted the results of the COVID-19 swab test when registering with the KPU. Those who have not submitted their swab results as part of the registration requirements are spread across 31 regions.
"There are 75 prospective candidates in 31 regions who have not submitted the results of the coronavirus swab or swab tests during registration," said Bawaslu member Mochammad Afifuddin at the Bawaslu building, Central Jakarta, Monday, September 7.
Afifi stated, the main reason for the prospective regional head candidates not yet submitting the results of the swab is because there is no laboratory where the swab tests are examined in the area.
"There are also prospective candidates who have carried out an examination, but the results are not yet out," he said. he.
There are regions where there is no swab test service that has not published test results during registration, including South Buru Regency, East Seram, Muna, Gorontalo Regency, Keerom. Then, Asmat, Mamberamo Raya, South Manokwari, Banggai Laut, Ngada, and West Sumba.
In addition, Afif said there were 26 prospective candidates who had not completed the required documents as candidates for regional head.
Among the areas where prospective candidates for incomplete documents are South Solok, Tasikmalaya, Pangandaran, Trenggalek, and Gunung Kidul.
"Most of the incomplete documents at registration are tax reports and LHKPN which are still in process, bankruptcy free letters from the commercial court, drug-free certificates and proof of resignation as ASN," said Afif.
