Next Week, Bareskrim Will Hand Over The Files For The Land Mafia Case With The Suspect From The Head Of The Depok Transportation Agency
JAKARTA - The Directorate of General Crimes (Dittipidum) of the Indonesian National Police Bareskri will delegate the land mafia case with the suspects from the Head of the Depok Transportation Agency, Eko Herwiyanto, and the member of the Depok DPRD, Nurdin. It is planned that the transfer will take place next week.
"Investigators plan to hand over the case files to the public prosecutor next week," said Director of General Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Department Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi when confirmed, Monday, February 7.
The transfer of case files will only be carried out next week because investigators are still preparing various things. For example, documents related to evidence.
"Currently there are still several documents of evidence that must be completed by investigators before next week's implementation," said Andi.
Andi stated that during the investigation and investigation process there were no additional suspects. So far, only Eko Herwiyanto, Nurdin and two other people are known to have played a role in the case.
"There are no additional suspects and no detentions," said Andi.
Meanwhile, the Bareskrim Polri has named four suspects in the land mafia case in Sawangan, Depok. Two of them are the Head of the Depok City Transportation Service (Dishub), Eko Herwiyanto and a member of the Depok City DPRD, Nurdin Al Ardisoma.
In this case, the suspects are charged with Article 263 of the Criminal Code, Article 266 of the Criminal Code, Article 378 of the Criminal Code, Article 372 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
For information, the land mafia case in Sawangan, Depok, occurred around 2018 with the reporter named Rudi Tringadi. In this case, the land area of 2,930 meters is the subject of the case.
