United Arab Emirates Allows Travel To 12 African Countries Starting February 6, But With Conditions
JAKARTA - The authorities of the United Arab Emirates announced that they will lift the travel ban to 12 African countries for citizens of countries receiving the complete COVID-19 vaccine.
According to the WAM News Agency as quoted by Antara, Saturday, February 5, the countries are Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Republic of the Congo, and South Africa.
Then Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia and Zimbabwe.
Citizens of complete vaccine recipient countries who have received booster vaccines are allowed to travel starting February 6.
The move also allows people who cannot be vaccinated for health reasons and "humanitarian cases" to travel, according to WAM.
