Agung Podomoro Land, Owned By Conglomerate Trihatma Haliman, Earns Rp2.7 Trillion Marketing Sales In 2021

JAKARTA - PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN posted marketing sales in 2021 of IDR 2.7 trillion excluding Value Added Tax (VAT). This value exceeded the target of the company owned by the conglomerate Trihatma Haliman last year of IDR 2 trillion.

APLN Corporate Secretary Justini Omas said the acceleration of the development of new property projects that are able to meet current consumer needs is the key to APLN's success in achieving these marketing sales.

According to him, during 2021 APLN has developed new property projects such as the City of Podomoro Tenjo and Bukit Podomoro Jakarta, as well as accelerated the construction of a number of projects such as Podomoro Park Bandung, Podomoro Golf View Cimanggis, Grand Taruma Karawang and Podomoro City Deli Medan. Carrying the concept of housing with premium facilities that bring harmony and beauty, APLN's property projects in various cities have received great response from consumers.

"In the midst of various economic challenges during 2021, consumer confidence in APLN property products in various regions continues to increase. We have also succeeded in optimizing and taking advantage of the property tax incentives provided by the government in 2021 so that sales continue to increase," Justini explained in a written statement. , Friday February 4th.

Of APLN's total marketing sales in 2021, Podomoro Tenjo City contributed 29 percent, Podomoro Park Bandung 22 percent, Podomoro City Deli Medan 14 percent, Pakubuwono Spring 8 percent, Bukit Podomoro Jakarta 7 percent, Podomoro Golf View 5 percent, and Grand Taruma Karawang 4 percent.

Justini also said that the achievement of marketing sales in 2021 came purely from the sale of property projects. Unlike the case in 2020, where of the total marketing sales of IDR 3.5 trillion, around 89 percent came from the sale of 280 hectares of industrial land in Karawang, West Java.

"For 2021, our marketing sales will almost entirely come from property sales. This success is one indication that APLN projects have become a necessity and provide satisfaction to consumers," he added.

According to Justini, in 2021 APLN will develop two new projects, namely Bukit Podomoro Jakarta and Kota Podomoro Tenjo. Especially for Bukit Podomoro Jakarta, this is a premium residential area and a new masterpiece in the capital city of DKI Jakarta. In an area of 9.6 hectares, 321 residential units and 115 shop houses will be built.

Meanwhile, Podomoro Tenjo City is planned to be built in an area of 650 hectares. In the early stages, what will be part of APLN is the development which will be built on 40 hectares of land with 4 clusters, namely Angsana, Burgundy, Kana and Kalimenta. Podomoro Tenjo City is a strategic area with easy access because it will be connected to the Serpong Balaraja toll road and the Jabodetabek KRL Commuter line train station.

To support the mobility and activities of residents, the Podomoro Tenjo City area will also be equipped with a Grand Transit Oriented Development (TOD). Changes in people's work patterns and lifestyles due to the COVID-19 pandemic over the past 2 years have also become APLN's attention in developing its various property projects.

"In addition to perfecting transportation infrastructure, information and equipping it with premium residential facilities, we also remain consistent in developing property areas that are green, integrated with nature, healthy and comfortable. This green residential concept is the DNA of APLN for more than half a century being part of progress property in Indonesia," said Justini.
