Former Managing Director Of Sarana Jaya Claims To Be Misled About Land Status "DP 0 Percent" In DKI Jakarta

JAKARTA - Former President Director of the Regional Public Company (Perumda) Pembangunan Sarana Jaya (PSJ) Yoory Corneles admits that he cheated on the land status of the "0 Rupiah DP Residential" project in Munjul.

"Frankly, at that time, I was angry. In my room there were Pak Slamet, Yadi, Indra, four of them. I said how come, yesterday I said yellow and yellow are now green zones," said Yoory at the Jakarta Corruption Court (Tipikor), as reported by Antara, Thursday, February 3rd.

In the trial, Yoory was present as a defendant as well as a witness for the other three defendants, namely PT Adonara Propertindo. Director of PT Adonara Propertindo Tommy Adrian and two company owners Anja Runtuwene and Rudy Hartono Iskandar.

The four were charged with causing state financial loss of Rp. 152.565 billion in the land acquisition for the "House DP 0 Rupiah" project in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, East Jakarta.

"Yes I feel the quotes yes they are not reporting the right things to me. I am disappointed with my staff," said Yorry.

Yadi in question is Yaddy Robby and Indra is Indra S Aharrys, both of whom are senior managers of PPSJ.

Sarana Jaya is a Regional-Owned Enterprise (BUMD) of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government (Pemprov) which has been assigned the task of providing land for "Residential Development DP 0 Rupiah" through DKI Jakarta Regional Capital Participation (PMD) funds.

Sarana Jaya then purchased land from PT Adonara Propertindo for a land in Munjul, Pondok Rangon, East Jakarta with an area of 41,921 square meters. The land is known to belong to the Congregation of the Sisters of Carolus Boromeus (Congregation of the CB Sisters).

However, the actual purchase of land by PT Adonara to the Congregation of the CB Sisters has been canceled because it has not been repaid and there has even been a refund of an advance of Rp. 10 billion to PT Adonara.

Even though Sarana Jaya had already paid Rp152,565,440,000 to PT Adonara, it was later discovered that the land was in the green and yellow zones, located separately and had no access to the main road, so it was concluded that Munjul's land could not be developed into a "residential DP 0 rupiah" project.

"Pak Slamet said that the land is mostly green, only a little yellow, then there is purple in it," said Yoory.

Whereas according to the provisions, the yellow zone can be built as housing, purple zone offices, while the green zone cannot be built.

"I know two weeks after the PPJB (Sales and Purchase Agreement)," added Yoory.

According to Yoory, with the zone in Munjul land mostly green, it will take a long time to become "Occupancy DP 0 percent".

"It can still be built, it takes time, adjustments. So the study of the report has been completed before PPJB, but I see that the study is wrong. It has to be fixed back and forth, it still says yellow," he said.

"Meaning to change the zoning huh?" asked the KPK prosecutor.

"Yes," replied Yuri.
