Police Examine Witness Case Of Alleged Abuse Of Taekwondo Trainer In Malang
MALANG - The alleged immoral act of a taekwondo coach against 3 of his students in Malang, East Java has entered the investigation stage. The alleged perpetrator, whose initials were MR (25) was reported to have misbehaved with 3 fostered students.
Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Malang Police, AKP Donny Kristian Baralangi, said that currently the police are still in the process of examining a number of witnesses.
"We have examined a total of 7 witnesses in this case," he said, Thursday, February 3.
The seven witnesses consisted of the victim, the victim's family and the victim's relative. Later, the examination will also include examining a number of suspected perpetrators.
"In the meantime, we are still waiting for the results of the post-mortem," he explained.
Meanwhile, the victim's attorney, Dwi Indro Tito Cahyono explained that his party was still waiting for the results of the investigation from the Malang Police.
"For now, there are still no additional victims who reported," he said.
Allegations of this molestation occurred since 2016. Of the total 3 victims, 2 victims experienced immoral acts and 2 children experienced sexual intercourse while still in junior high school status.
Not only once, Tito continued, it was suspected that the coach had vented his depraved lust repeatedly. Meanwhile, the other 2 victims experienced other sexual abuse.
