Former BIP Drummer Consumption Of Sabu Since 8 Years Ago

JAKARTA - Jaka Hidayat, a former drummer for the band BIP who was arrested for a drug case is known to have consumed methamphetamine since 8 years ago. However, Jaka had stopped until he finally returned as a user.

"Initial examination, JH has been using crystal methamphetamine since 2002," said North Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Sudjarwoko, to reporters, Friday, September 4.

Based on the investigation, Jaka admitted to being a drug user about 2 months ago. However, there was no explanation for the reason that Jaka fell back into a drug black hole.

"However, I stopped using narcotics and started being active again about two months ago," said Sudjarwoko.

Meanwhile, regarding the secured evidence, said Sudjarwoko, his party found one crystal meth clip weighing 0.3 grams. In addition, from the urine examination, ApkVenue was tested positive for methamphetamine.

"The provisional examination is positive for methamphetamine or shabu," he said.

Previously, Jaka Hidayat was arrested in a hotal in North Jakarta on Thursday, September 3. He was arrested along with a colleague with the initials MY.
