Haaland Who Wants To Play Regularly And Get High Salary

JAKARTA - The name Erling Braut Haaland has attracted quite a lot of attention lately. The 19-year-old young striker from Norway performed nicely with RB Salzburg.

At that young age, he was able to appear impressively in the 2019/2020 UEFA Champions League by scoring eight goals in six matches. As a result, big clubs like Manchester United and Juventus queued up to get his signature.

Salzburg's sister club, RB Leipzig, is also interested in Haaland. The biggest issue regarding the club that will get Haaland's signature is MU and Juve. However, it was Borussia Dortmund who managed to sign Haaland for 22.4 million Euros for a period of four and a half years.

Flying hours are an important factor in Haaland's consideration in determining his future. The reason is, Haaland will certainly get more playing time, if he plays at Dortmund than at Juventus or Manchester United or Leipzig.

At Juventus, Haaland will definitely be the number one choice, because there are already big names on the Old Lady's front lines such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Paulo Dybala and Gonzalo Higuain. At MU, Haaland also had to compete with Marcus Rashford or Anthony Martial.

Likewise in Leipzig, there are still more experienced names such as Patrick Shick, Timo Werner, and Yussuf Poulsen. A gamble for Haaland if he plays at these clubs.

In Dortmund, the club only has the name Paco Alcacer who is somewhat of the same type as Haaland as "the number 9 striker". However, after investigating, appearing regularly was not the only reason Haaland was looking for his move. He asks for 8 million Euros per year, and it is considered by Juventus and MU to be too big. Only Dortmund are ready with such values.

With a salary like that, there are rumors that Dortmund will sell Jadon Sancho to balance its balance sheet. The reason is that Dortmund also wants to make Achraf Hakimi, who is expected to be released by Madrid at a price of 30 million Euros.

Haaland's ferocity on the front lines is not in doubt. He has proven himself by winning the golden boot at the 2019 U20 World Cup, scoring nine goals in three matches.

Haaland was also involved in 36 goals in 27 matches with RB Salzburg. Breaking into the goals of well-known clubs like Napoli and Liverpool. However, an attacker like him also needs a reliable distributor figure.

According to Transfermarkt, of the 28 goals scored by Haaland for RB Salzburg during 2019/2020, none of them came from his own efforts. All must have been architected by other players. Whether it's Takumi Minamino, Hwang Hee-Chan, or Patson Daka.

Transfermarkt also noted Daka, Haaland and Minamino as the most productive trio in the 2019/2020 season. At least until 30 December 2019, they scored 54 of RB Salzburg's 95 goals.

In Dortmund, more or less Haaland will do the same thing as in Salzburg, where he needs slick support to score goals. Names like Mario Goetze, Marco Reus, Julian Brandt, and Jadon Sancho are certainly ready to "help" Haaland.
