The Resignation Of Jakpro's Finance Director And The Alleged Heavy Burden Of Formula E
JAKARTA - PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) Finance Director Yuliantina Wangsawiguna has officially resigned from his position. This resignation is allegedly related to the plan to organize Formula E which is currently being worked on.
Member of the PSI faction of the DKI DPRD, Eneng Maliyanasari, assessed that Yuliantina's resignation from the position of Finance Director of a DKI-owned company was due to the heavy workload in meeting the financial needs of the Formula E event.
Because, said Eneng, Jakpro still looks unprepared to hold this electric car racing event. This can be seen from the lack of certainty of sponsors to the tender for the circuit construction which must be repeated.
"We see that the preparations for Formula E must be carefully prepared. Maybe this is what makes some heads in Jakpro feel like they are physically and mentally burdened for its implementation," said Eneng when contacted, Monday, January 31.
Similarly, member of the PDIP faction of the DKI DPRD Gilbert Simanjuntak views that Yuliantina feels burdened by Jakpro's financial condition which is considered to be unhealthy.
This is because Jakpro has disbursed corporate funds of Rp. 70 billion to organize Formula E. These funds have been used since 2019 to pay in installments for the procurement of track materials.
In fact, Jakpro plans to return to using corporate funds of Rp50 billion when sponsorship money has not yet arrived when they have to build a Formula E circuit.
"If Mrs. Yuli resigns in this condition, yes, of course she resigns. The burden is too heavy. If we look at Jakpro, it is not healthy, the burden given by the Governor (Anies) is too heavy and they do not have sufficient injections of funds, "said Gilbert. As is known, Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) Finance Director Yuliantina Wangsawiguna has officially resigned from his position. He resigned based on the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS).
"PT Jakpro's EGMS which was held on January 13 last year has decided to approve the resignation of Finance Director Yuliantina Wangsawiguna," Jakpro wrote from its official website.
In the official statement, the reason for Yuliantina Wangsawiguna's resignation was due to health problems. Where, he had to undergo intensive care.
"The Director of Finance Yuliantina Wangsawiguna resigned to undergo health care which has been carried out since two months ago," he said.
Thus, PT Jakpro appointed Leonardus W. Wasono Mihardjo to serve as Finance Director.
