18 Employees Tested Positive For COVID-19, KPK Evaluates The Proportion Of Work At Home And Office
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) announced that 18 of its employees had tested positive for COVID-19. Even so, these dozens of people only have mild symptoms and are self-isolating in their respective homes.
"Based on the information we received, there are currently 18 employees based on the positive results of the COVID-19 PCR test with good conditions and only mild symptoms and an isoman is being carried out at their respective residences," said Acting KPK Spokesperson for Enforcement Sector Ali Fikri to journalists, Friday, January 28.
Ali said the COVID-19 Task Force at the KPK had coordinated with the puskesmas around the employee's house. In addition, his party immediately took precautionary steps to prevent the spread.
In addition to tightening health protocols and spraying disinfectants on a regular basis, an evaluation of the proportion of work for employees in offices and homes is also carried out.
"We are also evaluating the proportion of employees working in the office and at home, to reduce the risk of transmission while still prioritizing work productivity," he said.
As another form of prevention, the anti-corruption commission has conducted a third COVID-19 vaccine or booster for its employees.
"KPK has also administered the third dose of vaccine to all of its employees," said Ali.
