Reconstruction Of A Gay Party In Kuningan Suite From A Coffee Shop To A Room Book Of IDR 1.3 Million

JAKARTA - Investigators at the Directorate of Criminal and Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya are holding a reconstruction of a gay party case. In the reconstruction it is known that the planning of the sex party was carried out twice in a coffee shop.

The first scene shows the initiator of the party, TRF communicating with four other suspects through the Whatsapp short message application group. Communication contains an invitation to create an event.

"Suspect R (TRF) invited other suspects, namely K, B, N and suspect P," said the police officer who led the reconstruction, Thursday, September 3.

Then, the scene continued at the meeting of the five suspects at a coffee shop in Manggarai, South Jakarta. During the meeting, the suspects agreed to organize a sex party for homosexuals.

"There were two meetings at a coffee shop. Then R spread out party invitations to their gay group," he said.

Moving on to the next scene, the suspect TRF books a room in the Kuningan Suite apartment, South Jakarta. Furthermore, the initiator of this sex party also spread invitations through social media.

"In the fifth scene, suspect R went to the hotel to get a room on the sixth floor of room number 608 at a cost of Rp1.3 million for the night," he said.

In total there were 26 scenes that were exhibited in the reconstruction. From planning to the sex party that took place.

In the case of this gay sex party, the police named nine suspects, namely the party organizers. Meanwhile, the 47 party participants were only used as witnesses.

The sex party was held at the Kuningan Suite Apartment room 608, 6th floor, Kuningan, South Jakarta, on August 28. The theme of the party was Youth Gathering to Celebrate Independence.

The suspects were suspected under Article 296 of the Criminal Code, Article 33 Junto, Article 7 of Law Number 44/2008 and Article 36 in conjunction with Article 10. The suspects could face sentences of up to five years in prison.
