Today, The Number Of Patients At The Kemayoran Athlete House Has Increased By 490 People, A Total Of 3,436

JAKARTA - The number of patients being treated at the COVID-19 Special Emergency Hospital (RSDC) Wisma Atlet Kemayoran, Jakarta as of today increased by 490 people.

"Inpatients confirmed positive (COVID-19) in towers 5 and 6 as many as 3,436 people, while the original number (one day earlier) was 2,946 people. Inpatients increased by 490 people," said Head of Information for the Joint Regional Defense Command (Kogabwilhan) I Marine Colonel Aris Mudian at the RSDC Wisma Atlet Kemayoran, Jakarta, Antara, Thursday, January 27.

He also said that from March 23, 2020 to January 27, 2022, the number of patients referred to the Wisma Atlet Emergency Hospital was 137,593 people. Of that number, 132,478 COVID-19 patients recovered and were discharged from the hospital, while 1,083 patients were referred to other hospitals.

Meanwhile, 596 people died at the Wisma Atlet Emergency Hospital as of January 27, 2022. On the same occasion, Aris also conveyed the development of the situation at the Galang Island Special Hospital for Infection (RSKI), Batam, Riau Islands.

The number of inpatients at the Galang Island Hospital as of Thursday was 38 people.

"There are 38 inpatients, of which 21 are men and 17 are women. All 38 patients have been confirmed positive for COVID-19," said Aris as quoted from his written statement.

The head of information for Kogabwilhan I TNI noted that in the last 24 hours there have been four fewer inpatients at the Galang Island Hospital.

"As of January 27, 2022, there were 38 inpatients, originally (one day earlier) 42 people," he said.

From April 12, 2020 to January 27, 2022, the Galang Island Hospital received a total of 18,374 patients. Of that number, 18,335 patients have been discharged from the hospital, said Marine Colonel Aris Mudian. RSKI Galang Island reported that until January 27, 2022, one patient died from COVID-19.
