As A Suspect, The Assets Of The Former Director General Of The Ministry Of Home Affairs Ardian Noervianto Reached Rp7.39 Billion

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has named the former Director General (Dirjen) of Regional Finance of the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) Ardian Noervianto as a suspect in bribery to apply for a loan for the 2021 Regional National Economic Recovery (PEN) fund.

He is suspected of having received bribes of Rp. 1.5 billion and S$131,000 for the administration of a National Economic Recovery (PEN) loan proposed by the inactive East Kolaka Regent Ani Merya Nur.

Then how much wealth does Ardian have?

Based on the State Administrators Wealth Report (LHKPN) which he reported to the KPK on March 18, 2021, he was recorded to have a total asset of Rp. 7,399,329,523. He has no debt so the price of his wealth is intact.

In his report, Ardian has three land and building assets with a value of Rp6,450,000,000. In detail, two assets are located in the Bekasi area, West Java and one in Central Jakarta.

In addition, the former Director General is noted to have assets in the form of two cars with a value of Rp. 575 million. The two cars are a 2011 Jeep Wrangler worth IDR 400 million and a 2019 Toyota Sienta for IDR 175 million.

Next, Ardian recorded ownership of other movable assets of Rp. 130 million and cash and cash equivalents of Rp. 244,329,523.

As previously reported, Ardian was named a suspect along with the inactive East Kolaka Regent Andi Merya Nur and the Head of the Muna Laode Regency Environmental Service M. Syukur Akbar.

"KPK will continue to investigate and raise the status of this case to the investigative stage and announce the following suspects, MAN, Director General of Regional Finance at the Ministry of Home Affairs for the period July 2020 to November 2021," said Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK Karyoto in a press conference that aired on YouTube KPK RI, Thursday, January 27.

Andi Merya Nur gave the money through Laode M Syukur. The amount of money sent reached IDR 2 billion, of which IDR 500 million was received by M Syukur.

Currently, Ardian is still not detained by the KPK. The reason is that he was not present when he was called as a suspect because he was sick.

"We urge the person concerned to come back according to the schedule for the next summons by the investigation team," said Karyoto.
