Receiving A Complaint From The United Borneo Alliance Regarding Edy Mulyadi, Commission III Of The DPR Will Oversee The Legal Process
JAKARTA - Commission III of the DPR accepted the aspiration of the United Borneo Alliance regarding Edy Mulyadi's statement which was considered insulting and insulting to the people of Kalimantan.
"Essentially, they asked the government to legally process Edy Mulyadi and we, Commission III, have communicated to the Bareskrim leadership. Bareskrim has conveyed that Edy Mulyadi's case has met the elements and has entered the realm of investigation," said Deputy Chairman of Commission III DPR Prince Khairul Saleh after audience at the DPR Building, Thursday, January 27.
The prince said that the Criminal Investigation Unit had scheduled a summons for Edy Mulyadi tomorrow, Friday, January 28. He said DPR members from the Kalimantan constituency would oversee the process at the Criminal Investigation Department.
"God willing, tomorrow will be summoned by Bareskrim, we Commission III will guard the request of our brothers from Kalimantan," he said.
The South Kalimantan legislator asked Edy to be legally processed because he had offended the people of Kalimantan.
"After the state legal process is complete. We have agreed according to our statement, we ask for this to be resolved legally, including cultural customs," said the Prince.
