JAKARTA - This is the perpetrator of the mobile phone robbery who was successfully arrested by the residents. The incident occurred in the Cipinang area, East Jakarta, Wednesday (26/1), when the victim was riding a motorcycle. The perpetrator was caught after the victim shouted at the perpetrator who took the victim's cellphone. The suspect fled on a motorbike before falling at a fork in the road. The perpetrator, who works as a dimsum trader, was later detained by the East Jakarta Duren Sawit Police Criminal Investigation Team. Here's the full video.
