Forget City-Southampton Draw, Laporte Spends International Break Swimming With Lover With Sharks And Wild Boars

JAKARTA - Manchester City centre-back Aymeric Laporte was recently spotted spending the international break on holiday in the Bahamas with his girlfriend who is a dancer.

Not only filling the international break, the romantic dating trip was also allegedly Laporte's way of forgetting the disappointment of City's draw against Southampton some time ago.

On a trip with girlfriend Sara Botello to the Bahamas, Laporte was seen spending more time on the beach in the Nassau region and swimming. He and his girlfriend even had time to share their moments swimming with sharks in shallow water.

Quoted from the Daily Star, Thursday, January 27, this moment of togetherness of the lovers was shared directly by Botello through his social media. Laporte's lover pointed out as he swam with the sharks and Laporte made a slightly nervous face. There are also photos of wild boars in the shallow waters of the Caribbean Sea as they enjoy the beach.

Sara Botello herself is a talented woman. Laporte's lover is a professional dancer who has performed ballet and contemporary dance in performances in Bilbao.

Apart from being a ballet dancer and contemporary, Botello also spent time as a cheerleader for the Bilbao basketball club while he was still living in the Basques.

On the other hand, Laporte apparently chose to spend time in the warm beach weather to remove the 'war wounds' recently from City's clash with Southampton.

With a 1-1 draw on Sunday, January 23, Pep Guardiola's team was considered to have wasted many opportunities.

Especially when Stuart Armstrong who is too excited is actually considered a violation of the opposing player. Luckily, Armstrong avoided a red card despite having to go through a lengthy VAR review.
