Call Timor Leste A Strong Opponent, Many Rumakiek Are Not Afraid And Still Set Targets

JAKARTA - Indonesian national team midfielder Ramai Rumakiek is one of the players that Shin Tae-yong brought for the test match against Timor Leste.

Rumakiek already knew very well the strength of the potential opponent. He also said that Timor Leste is one of the strongest teams.

"I think the Timor Leste team is a strong team, strong enough too. So we have to anticipate that. Coach (Shin Tae-yong) also gives enough material for the team to play against Timor Leste," said Rumakiek, quoted from PSSI Youtube.

"For Timor Leste, a decent team in the AFF (Cup) yesterday also had tactics to play, they have a vision of playing, it's pretty good. We have to anticipate that from now on," he explained.

Even though he said the opposing team was strong, it didn't make Rumakiek flinch. With confidence he set personal targets when performing later.

"For my personal target, maybe for the match on 27 and 30, the team is more compact in playing and we get maximum results," said the Persipura Jayapura player.

The meeting of the Indonesian and Timor Leste national teams is one of the FIFA Matchday agenda. The matches are scheduled to take place on January 27 and 30 at the I Watan Dipta Stadium, Bali.
