Office Dispute, DPP Hanura Party: That Has Been Submitted From Wiranto To DPP Hanura

JAKARTA - The Hanura Party DPP office on Jalan Hankam, Cipayung, East Jakarta, was sealed by the police. The attorney for the Hanura Party DPP, Rhony Sapulette, said this was a personal matter between Wiranto and the Hanura Party.

"This matter is the person of Wiranto and the Hanura Party. The Hanura Party is the DPP, and cadres of the Hanura Party throughout Indonesia. What I want to say is that the building belongs to the Hanura party. Just look at the building, that is the H shape," said Rhony Sapulette. , Jakarta, Wednesday, September 2.

He said, for the time being, the Hanura Party DPP worked at The City Tower, Sudarman, Jakarta.

Rhony was surprised that the police sealed the office. Because, this dispute is in the early stages and is still in the police investigation process.

"I was yesterday from Bali, I was surprised that there were already many police from Polda who came to the police line of the Hanura Party building. After I asked, he said this was an order. I said, you know, this is still a process, I just checked, then there were 2 witnesses who was examined again, how come it suddenly came to the police line and was called the status quo, "he said.

He explained that on August 2, Rhony came to the Hanura Party DPP building. At that time, he asked for permission to enter the security guard and the gate was opened.

He's with a number of people. His arrival was to clean the building because it would soon be used by the Hanura Party DPP.

"I conveyed that this building belongs to the Hanura Party according to the official report. I posted the minutes on the front door security post, then in the building. I told the security, you don't need to go out, just work as usual. I brought my friends to work. prepare, clean this building because it will soon be used for the Hanura Party, "he said.

Then, on August 3, Rhony was reported to Polda Metro Jaya by attorney Wiranto on suspicion of entering the yard without permission or taking over the land. Rhony was also questioned at Polda Metro Jaya on August 19.

Rhony believes this building belongs to the Hanura Party based on the report on the handover of the building on September 11 2017 from Wiranto to Oesman Sapta Odang, that the building has been handed over and belongs to Hanura. He said, this building was built with Rp26 billion in funds from Hanura Party cadres.

In July, Rhony sent a notification letter to Wiranto to follow up on the handover of this building. He wrote to Wiranto twice in which the Hanura Party would soon use the contents of the office.

He said that from the two letters, Wiranto had no response. But, he emphasized, "in the point of the notification letter, we convey that if you do not respond to this notification, our assumption is that you agree. There is a clause. Of course we are willing to reuse it for the Hanura Party building," he said.

The police sealed off the Hanura office on Jalan Raya Mabes Hankam, Cipayung, East Jakarta. The sealing was related to land and building disputes.

"The police streaked them because they were processing the TKP of land report from Pak Wiranto regarding land grabbing. But this has nothing to do with his party," said Head of Sub-Directorate of Harta Benda (Harda), Directorate of General Criminal Investigation at Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Dwiasih in his statement, Tuesday, September 1.

The issue of land and building disputes, said Dwiasih, began when dozens of people forced their way into the building environment. They claimed that the building stood on land belonging to Rhony Sapulette.

In fact, referring to the Freehold Certificate Number 05804 / Bambu Apus, the land belongs to the Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Council (Wantimpres) Wiranto.

"The land and office complex were reported to have been controlled by the reported hospital. The reported party then put up a banner in the form of a letter measuring 50 x 80 cm in front of the security post and on the outside wall of the building that read 'Minutes of Handover of Office Buildings on September 11 2017'," he explained. So, Wiranto sent M. Arifsyah Matondang to report the matter to the police. The report is registered as LP / 4521 / VIII / YAN.2.5 / 2020 / SPKT PMJ, dated 3 August 2020.

With this report, the reported party is suspected of pursuing Article 167 of the Criminal Code, Article 385 of the Criminal Code and Article 55 of the Criminal Code, namely the alleged criminal act of entering another person's yard without the rightful permit and / or embezzling the rights to immovable property and / or participating in a criminal act. The Hanura office was sealed off Monday, August 31st.

"In the investigation process, about 15 witnesses have been examined. The investigation process is still ongoing," said Dwiasih.
