The Mayor Of Bandung Is Examined By The Corruption Eradication Commission Related To Corruption Cases In RTH Procurement

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) investigated 14 members of the Bandung City DPRD for the 2009-2014 period regarding the alleged corruption case of green open space (RTH) procurement in the City Government of Bandung in 2012. Of the dozens of council members examined by the KPK, one of them is the Guardian Bandung City Oded Mohamad Danial.

Acting KPK spokesman for prosecution Ali Fikri said Oded would be questioned in his capacity as a member of the Bandung City DPRD for the 2009-2014 period. Investigators will confirm several things related to the alleged corruption against the council members.

"Investigators confirmed to the witnesses that the project activities allegedly carried out by the suspect DS (Dadang Suganda) in the acquisition of land for RTH and other uses, including the construction of educational, agricultural and office facilities on RTH land," Ali said in his written statement, Wednesday, September 2.

The examination of Oded by KPK investigators was carried out at the Bandung Police. Apart from Oded, the 13 members of the Bandung City DPRD for the 2009-2014 period were:

1. Erwan Setiawan, Chairman of the Bandung City DPRD

2. Teddy Setiadi, member of the Bandung City DPRD

3. Isa Subagja, member of the Bandung City DPRD

4. Asep Dedi Supriyadi, member of the Bandung City DPRD

5. Entin Kartini, member of the Bandung City DPRD

6. Teten Gumilar, member of the Bandung City DPRD

7. Agus Gunawan, member of the Bandung City DPRD

8. Ani Sumarni, a member of the Bandung City DPRD

9. Antaria Pulwan Aprianto, member of the Bandung City DPRD

10. Entang Suryaman, member of the Bandung City DPRD

11. Haru Suhandru, member of the Bandung City DPRD

12. Tedy Rusmawan, member of the Bandung City DPRD

13. Rieke Suryaningsih, member of the City Council of Bandung

In addition, the KPK has also examined 12 other witnesses in connection with the case on Tuesday, September 1 yesterday.

In this case, Dadang was named a suspect by the anti-graft agency because he allegedly enriched himself as much as Rp. 30 billion by becoming a broker for the procurement of green open spaces in Bandung City with former member of the Bandung City DPRD Kadar Slamet.

Apart from that, he was also suspected of taking advantage of his closeness to the Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Bandung City, Edi Siswadi, who then ordered the then Head of the Bandung City Government's Regional Management and Finance Office Herry Nurhayat to help Dadang.
