Bareskrim Examining Prosecutor Pinangki At Salemba Detention Center
JAKARTA - Bareskrim Polri is scheduled to investigate prosecutor Pinangki Sirna Malasari today. The examination will take place at the Salemba branch of the Attorney General's Office (AGO).
"Yes, it is planned that at 10 am, the person concerned will be investigated by Subdit III of the Directorate of Criminal and Criminal Investigation Police at the Salemba Detention Center, branch of the Attorney General's Office," said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Awi Setiyono in his statement, Wednesday, September 2.
During the interrogation, investigators will look into Pinangki's testimony about another case involving Djoko Tjandra. However, Awi did not explain the case in question.

In addition, Attorney Pinangki Sirna Malasari will also be questioned by the Attorney General's Office as a suspect in the alleged gratification of the Supreme Court (MA) fatwa arrangement. Djoko Tjandra will also be examined again.
In the case handled by the Attorney General's Office, Pinangki was named a suspect in the alleged receipt of gratuities amounting to US $ 500 thousand. The money was allegedly used to assist in the handling of the case for the transfer of Bank Bali collection rights.
The investigation progressed until finally prosecutor Pinangki was charged with the article money laundering crime (TPPU).
The AGO has searched four places related to the alleged crime of money laundering, suspected prosecutor Pinangki Sirna Malasari. The AGO ransacked the residence until the car dealer.
