Good News For Buyers, Antasari 45 Apartment Developers Ensure Construction Continues: Topping Off In 2023

JAKARTA - President Director of PT Prospek Duta Sukses, AH Bimo Suryono, as the developer of Apartment 45 Antasari, ensures that development will continue in line with the presence of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk as the controlling shareholder.

Bimo said, PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP) has become the direct and indirect controlling shareholder of PT Prospek Duta Sukses (PDS) since September 2021. Bimo provided information about this related to the complaint submitted by the 45 Antasari Apartment Consumer Association which consists of approx. 210 buyers are concerned with the certainty of development.

"So far, PDS has complied and complied with homologation which has permanent legal force," said Bimo in a written statement, quoted Monday, January 24.

Homologation is a decision to ratify the settlement by the court on the agreement between the debtor and creditor, to end the bankruptcy in which the majority of apartment buyers are present to accept the decision and agree.

Based on the Decision of Ratification of Peace (Homologation) No. 140/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2020/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst, new rights and obligations have been ratified for both PDS and all creditors. The peace agreement was prepared taking into account the alignment of the objectives of the stakeholders of the PDS.

Bimo revealed that the inclusion of INPP as the controlling shareholder is a good opportunity to work together with existing stakeholders or those who will come into contact with PDS in the completion of the 45 Antasari project.

"To make it easier for buyers to make payments, several important steps have been taken by PDS under the leadership of the new management, including providing relief on the installment payment schedule, which according to homologation is starting on November 8, 2021 to December 6, 2021," explained Bimo.

In December 2021, PDS also signed a collaboration with PT Bank Nationalnobu Tbk and PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk to make it easier for buyers to continue paying for unit ownership.

Along the way, the apartment, which is located on Jalan Pangeran Antasari Kavling 45, South Jakarta, has now changed its name to Antasari Place.

The progressive step that has been taken by INPP is to appoint and establish cooperation with Cushman & Wakefield as property management and Cornerstone as retail property management on December 7, 2021.

INPP itself has 20 years of experience in the property industry with a track record of One Residence, Batam and Beachwalk Residence, Bali projects. Currently INPP is also developing 31 Sudirman Suites and Hyatt Place in Makassar, construction is still running on time according to the target even in the midst of a pandemic.

PDS said that currently his party is continuing to work to complete the development of this apartment. As of December 2021, all apartment tender drawings have been completed, in early January 2022 the tender process has officially been carried out and in April 2022 PDS will appoint a contractor to carry out the construction.

This process is in line with the construction plan for Tower I, which will begin in June 2022. Topping off is planned 12-18 months after construction begins, which is around June-December 2023. The construction process for Tower I is scheduled to be completed within 30-36 months after construction begins, namely December 2024. -June 2025.
