6 Months Of Rehabilitation, Polda Metro Ensures Fico Fachriza's Drug Case Continues

JAKARTA - Komika Fico Fachriza is officially undergoing rehabilitation related to the synthetic tobacco type narcotics case. Rehabilitation decisions are based on the results of the Integrated Assessment Team (TAT).

"Yes, (Fico, ed) was rehabilitated," said Director of Drug Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Mukti Juharsa when confirmed, Monday, January 24.

From the results of this assessment, Fico had to undergo rehabilitation for six months at the Drug Dependence Hospital (RSKO) Cibubur.

However, the legal process related to drug abuse cases will still run according to the rules. "The results of the 6-month assessment," said Mukti.

Fico Fachriza was arrested by the police at his home in Pancoran Mas, Depok, West Java, Thursday, January 13. Police found a pack of cigarettes containing evidence of synthetic tobacco narcotics weighing 1.45 grams from Fico's house.

The police also said that Fico Fachriza had used synthetic tobacco since 2016. The reason this man took narcotics was to help him sleep and rest.

In this case, Fico was charged with Article 112 paragraph 1 subsidiary Article 27 paragraph 1 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics with a minimum prison sentence of 4 years and a maximum of 12 years.
