One Prisoner From Jembrana Police Who Escaped Was Arrested, Had Stolen A Motorbike While On The Run
JEMBRANA - One prisoner who escaped from the Jembrana Police, Bali, was arrested. This prisoner had stolen a motorbike during his escape.
Jembrana Police Chief AKBP I Dewa Gde Juliana said the last detainee arrested had the initials GA. At that time, it was known that GA was walking along the IB Mantra Toll Road.
"Now all of them have been arrested and secured in the same place in the Jembrana Police detention room," said AKBP Juliana, Monday, January 24.
Before GA was arrested in Klungkung, he had gone to Denpasar but could not meet his friend. From Denpasar, GA moves to Klungkung.
Previously, GA stole a motorbike in Jembrana. This motorbike that GA uses goes to Denpasar and then to Klungkung.
"From Klungkung GA also had time to ride in the back of a truck which he thought was going to Tabanan. However, it turned out that the truck was heading back to Klungkung, GA then walked on the IB Mantra Toll Road canal," added Juliana.
People who know the characteristics of escaped prisoners immediately report to the Klungkung Police. GA was also arrested.
AKBP Juliana confirmed that the three prisoners who escaped would be given a heavier sentence.
"Moreover, one of the GA fugitives who fled to Klungkung had time to steal a motorbike in the Pendem Village area, Jembrana, to escape to several places," he said.
Meanwhile, two other prisoners were first arrested in Pendem, Jembrana.
"When they had the intention to run away, they had time to invite other fellow prisoners to run away. But they refused and chose not to come," he said.
