BEI, ISEI And Kadin Agree To Build Cooperation To Improve The Quality Of Capital Market HR
JAKARTA - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has expressed its commitment to improving the quality of Indonesia's human resources (HR), particularly in the financial sector. This is realized through collaboration with the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin), the Indonesian Economic Bachelors Association (ISEI), and the State Association of Banks (Himbara).
Laksono Widodo, Director of Trading and IDX Member Regulation, stated that this synergy was considered quite comprehensive because it involved elements of the government, business actors, and the world of education.
"We welcome this collaboration to optimize the improvement of human resources, be it in universities, business and industry," he said through a virtual channel on Monday, January 24.
According to Laksono, his party welcomes students who want to deepen their skills in the capital market sector. He assessed that the early introduction of money market instruments could bring benefits to the development of the Indonesian economy in the future.
On the same occasion, Head of ISEI Inarno Djajadi, this collaboration is quite strategic in supporting the progress of human resources in Indonesia.
"We can provide briefing to students so that their competencies are more in line with the needs of the world of work, especially in the era of information technology 4.0, superior resources are absolutely necessary," he said.
