Because Of Selling Refrigerator, Child In South Tangerang Policed By Mother
TANGERANG SELATAN - A child with the initials S in South Tangerang, was reported by his biological mother, LF, on charges of selling a used refrigerator at his home.
S's attorney, Muhammad Mualimin, said that his client sold the refrigerator with his brother with the initials V because his mother lives at home with him.
"Because he hasn't eaten for 3 days and his mother has wandered off to nowhere, Brother V took the initiative to ask S to just sell a used refrigerator that is rarely used and is sitting in the house," said Mualimin in an official statement, Friday, January 21.
According to Mualimin, the proceeds from selling the refrigerator were used to buy food because he didn't have any money. However, after they sold the refrigerator, LF's mother reported her son to the police.
"The refrigerator was never filled. It sold for Rp. 500,000 thousand, it brought S to the iron bars," said Mualimin.
Mualimin said his client had no money and sold the refrigerator because he had just been laid off from his place of work.
"S, who was a victim of layoffs and lives in Serua Poncol, Sawah Baru, Ciputat, South Tangerang, never thought that his own mother would have the heart to report to the police," he said.
In fact, he said, his client had apologized and would compensate his mother. But it was said he was ignored. His mother, he said, continued to report to the police.
''With a very small value of goods, uncle and aunt S are ready to compensate LF's losses. The hope is that the case does not need to end up in bars. The trigger for this case is really complicated. Many parties want to reconcile this case, but the mother insisted on imprisoning. It seems that this is because S is frontal and fiercely defends the assets left by his father, after the other assets have been sold out by his mother, who has a lifestyle,'' added Mualimin.
The property in question is the sale of inherited buildings. LF is suspected of falsifying S and V's signatures in a letter containing the approval of the land and building inherited from his father to be used as collateral for a loan of Rp. 500 million at the BRI Branch of the Bintaro Trade Center which resulted in S being expelled from his house by a group of mass organizations ordered by LF. S is known for the motive of disappointment. One of the S family said. "LF's husband, MM, really wanted to have a girl after his first two children were boys. But unfortunately, the third child born in April 1997 turned out to be a boy. MM was very disappointed so he spent more time outside the house and finally their marriage ended in 1999. S inherited a very similar face to his father, MM. It added to LF's hatred," said Bibi from S.
It is known that LF reported the case of Theft in conjunction with Theft in the Family Article 362 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 367 Paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code with Report Number: LP/1375/K/XII/2020/SPKT/Res Tangsel. S was policed on December 23, 2020.
S has been a suspect since August 7, 2021 and has been detained at the Tangsel Police Detention Center. On August 13, 2021, the team of attorneys succeeded in requesting a suspension of detention and releasing S. Unfortunately, prior to the transfer of files to the Public Prosecutor, S on December 7, 2021 was again thrown into prison at the Class II A Youth Prison, Tangerang until now.
The secretary of the Abandoned Children Defenders Lawyers (PPAT) team, Aditya Harry Prabowo explained, in addition to being policed, S is currently also being sued for a civil lawsuit worth 2.8 billion at the Tangerang District Court (Number 817/Pdt.G/2021/PN.TNG) due to receiving payments rent money from the tenant from the building left by his biological father. ''This LF sued 2.8 M to S. Whereas at the Tigaraksa Religious Court (Case Number 4983/Pdt.G/2021/PA.TGRS), V's brother S filed an application to cancel the land and building grants to LF,'' explained Aditya Now, S has the status of a defendant. The case is registered with number 2068/Pid.B/2021/PNTng at the Tangerang District Court. Next week, S faces a lawsuit from the Prosecutor, as a result of his own mother's report regarding the sale of used refrigerators.
