Attorney Pinangki's BMW Ride Which Is Now Confiscated By The AGO

JAKARTA - Attorney Pinangki Sirna Malasari's luxury car, a BMW X5 with police number F 214, was confiscated by the Attorney General's Office, Monday, August 31. The confiscation was carried out because the AGO suspected that Pinangki bought this luxury car as a result of a criminal act.

"This is related to the TPPU's suspicion against the Pinangki Attorney and a BMW car has been obtained," Febrie Ardiansyah, Director of Investigation at the Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes, told reporters, Tuesday, September 1.

Judging from the police number, this luxury car was just purchased by Attorney Pinangki Sirna Malasari in March 2020 for IDR 1.6 billion. This means that Pinangki has only had this car for only six months. But unfortunately, recently enjoying luxury and comfort, this luxury car was confiscated by the Attorney General's Office.

VOI sought information from Samsat West Java. From Samsat Mobile West Java (Sambara), a dark blue BMW X5 F 214 car was issued from the Cibinong area of West Java, with a tax of IDR 29,306,800.

Regarding a beautiful number plate, Pinangki also has to spend more, which is worth IDR 10 million. This is in accordance with PP. 60 of 2016 concerning the Types and Rates of PNBP that apply to the National Police, as well as the Decree of the Police Traffic Police Number: Kep / 166 / VIII / 2019 concerning Preferred NRKB.

Pinangki's glamorous lifestyle is not just about determining four-wheeled rides. Pinangki's residence, who was the Head of Monitoring and Evaluation Division II, is in the apartment. This is as revealed by the Coordinator of the Indonesian Anti-Corruption Society (MAKI), Boyamin Saiman. In fact, he has asked the Prosecutor's Office to investigate this.

In fact, Pinangki's nose surgery had to fly to New York and spent hundreds of millions of dollars. How could he not, the doctor who handled Pinangki was quite famous in the city. So he has to spend 10,000 US dollars to 30,000 US dollars or the equivalent of Rp 146 million.

Based on the Attorney General's Decree Number 150 of 2011 concerning the Stipulation of Structural Positions and Functional Positions for Employees in the Prosecutor's Office, Pinangki is included in class 8 so that the amount of tukin received is Rp. 4,595,150 per month. Meanwhile, salaries for echelon level IV civil servants are Rp. 3,044,300 to the highest Rp. 5,901,200.

Then where did Piangki's money come from for a luxurious or glamorous lifestyle. Recently, the Attorney General's Office charged Pinangki with the Article on Money Laundering (TPPU).

The AGO suspects that Pinangki spent, transferred, changed forms and transferred the proceeds from corruption. Namely, from the criminal act of alleged bribery related to the processing of a fatwa so that Djoko Tjandra would not be executed in the Bank Bali cessie case.

In addition, Pinangki's assets as a prosecutor are also quite fantastic. Where, in the state administrator's wealth report (LHKPN) that Pinangki deposited to the KPK was IDR 6,838,500,000.

This treasure is divided into several. Among others, land and buildings worth Rp. 6,008,500,000
