Taken To The KPK After Being OTT In Surabaya, Private Parties: Don't Know Anything, Suddenly Here

JAKARTA - A total of five people who were caught in a red-and-white operation (OTT) in Surabaya arrived at the Red and White Building of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta on Thursday, January 20. They arrived at around 20.20 WIB.

One of the parties caught OTT from the private sector, Ahmad Rihanto admitted that he did not know the reason why he was taken to the KPK building. He was also confused and claimed to know nothing.

"I didn't know, I didn't know, I was here all of a sudden," said Ahmad upon arrival at the KPK's Red and White Building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Thursday, January 20.

Meanwhile, Judge Itong Isnaeni Hidayat chose to remain silent when he arrived at the KPK building. He took quick steps to avoid the spotlight of reporters who had been waiting for those caught OTT.

When he arrived, Itong was seen wearing a light brown batik and carrying a small brown leather bag. He immediately went up to the investigation room.

As previously reported, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) made arrests in the city of Surabaya, East Java. During the silent operation, the anti-corruption commission team arrested Judge Itong Isnaeni Hidayat, a clerk named Hamdan, and a lawyer.

After the enforcement activities were carried out, the parties involved in the OTT were immediately questioned. Furthermore, the KPK will announce the third legal status as well as the chronology of the alleged corruption that ensnared them.
