Disrespectful Fired Due To Cheating With Middle Officer, Former Policewoman Sues North Maluku Police Chief

AMBON - A former female police officer (Polwan) with the rank of Bripka with the initials R sued the North Maluku (Malut) Police Chief Inspector General Risyapudin Nursin to the Ambon State Administrative Court (PTUN). This lawsuit is related to Disrespectful Dismissal (PTDH) against him.

The Head of Legal Affairs for North Maluku Police Kombes Yudi Rumantoro when contacted confirmed the lawsuit. Currently, his party is in session at the Ambon State Administrative Court.

It is known that Brigadier R was PTDH because he was suspected of being involved in an alleged affair with one of the Malut Polda officers with the rank of AKBP with the initials SS.

"The results are not yet available, they are still submitting incomplete administrative documents, the process continues," said Yudi in Ternate, Antara, Thursday, January 20.

In addition, said Yudi, the next trial will be conducted online (zooming) because the Court is located in Ambon. Currently the lawsuit is still in process.

Previously, the North Maluku Police had given Disrespectful Dismissal (PDTH) for eight of its personnel, for committing a very serious violation.

The North Maluku Police Chief, Inspector General Risyapudin Nursin, was previously contacted to state that the dismissals of these eight personnel were in various cases, ranging from not leaving their duties and cases of infidelity.

Especially for the case of an extramarital affair between a member of the National Police involving a mid-level officer with the rank of AKBP, the handling must be from the Police Headquarters, while the eight members of the NCO rank are under the authority of the Polda Malut.

He emphasized that eight police officers who were fired during 2021 included 4 members of the North Maluku Regional Police and 4 others from the ranks of the Resort Police.
