Arrested By KPK, Judge Itong Has Assets Of IDR 2.17 Billion And Has No Debt
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) conducted an arrest operation at the Surabaya District Court and arrested three people including the judge, Itong Isnaeni Hidayat.
He was arrested along with two other people, namely a substitute clerk named Hamdan and a lawyer.
Then how much wealth Itong?
Based on the State Administrators Wealth Report (LHKPN) which was reported on January 12, 2021, Itong was recorded to have a total asset of IDR 2,174,542,499 and had no debt.
His wealth is also not conspicuous. This is because he only has two assets in the form of one land and building in Surakarta, Central Java and one land in Boyolali, Central Java.
While he has only one vehicle, the 2017 Toyota Innova with a value of IDR 160 million.
Next, he recorded other movable assets worth Rp22,500,000 and cash and cash equivalents amounting to Rp962,042,499. As previously reported, Supreme Court Spokesman Andi Samsan Nganro said Itong was caught in a silent operation this morning, Thursday, January 20 at around 05.00 WIB.
"Information from the chairman of the Surabaya District Court that this morning at around 05.00-05.30 WIB the KPK came to the Surabaya District Court office and saw Itong Isnaeni Hidayat's car in his car," Andi told reporters, Thursday, January 20.
Meanwhile, the substitute clerk who was arrested by the KPK, said Andi, was Hamdan. "According to the chairman of the Surabaya District Court, this arrest was only discovered this morning when the KPK came to the Surabaya District Court," he said.
After making the arrest, the KPK then sealed it in Itong's room. The Supreme Court admitted that he had not been able to explain what case was being tried until finally the rioting took place.
"We are waiting for the official explanation from the KPK to find out what really happened," he said.
