Arief said, on Tuesday, January 18, yesterday afternoon the car he was driving was stuck in traffic because the road was flooded up to 40 centimeters.

"Yesterday afternoon, I was from home in Kelapa Gading going to Cempaka Putih, I took up to 3 hours by car. I couldn't enter Cempaka Putih because the flood was about 40 cm on Jalan Yos Sudarso. The traffic was totally jammed," he said. he.

Arief finally got out of the car and recorded a video of himself observing the flooded road. He turned out to be looking for infiltration wells made on the road.
