Amount Of Money Secured By KPK In OTT In Langkat, North Sumatra

JAKARTA - Deputy Chairperson of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Nurul Ghufron said investigators had secured a sum of money during an arrest operation in Langkat Regency, North Sumatra.

"A sum of money as evidence was obtained at the time of arrest," said Nurul to VOI, Wednesday, January 19.

However, about the amount of money that was secured, Ghufron also did not want to go into details. Because, he said, the investigation team is still conducting an investigation.

"Please be patient, we will explain further after the inspection is complete," he said.

Previously, it was reported that the Regent of Langkat was planning to fight the wind and a number of people were detained by the KPK in a silent operation. However, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has not officially released anyone who has been arrested.

Previously, Nurul Ghufron did not deny or confirm when asked by the Regent of Langkat that the Plan to War Wind was also secured.

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is currently still investigating the arrested parties. The KPK now has 24 hours to determine their status and the allegations of corruption.
