Attending Gaga Muhammad's Judgment Court, Sister And Mother Laura Anna Leaning On Each Other

JAKARTA - Gaung Sabda Alam Muhammad or Gaga Muhammad was convicted with a sentence of four years and six months in prison and a fine of Rp. 10 million by the East Jakarta District Court judges for causing a traffic accident with the victim Laura Anna.

"Imposing a prison sentence of four years and six months and a fine of Rp. 10 million if the fine is not paid, the imprisonment is increased by two months," said assembly chairman Lingga Setiawan when reading his verdict at the East Jakarta District Court, Wednesday, January 19.

In their consideration, the panel of judges said that the defendant Gaga had indeed expressed her regret. But the judge emphatically said Gaga was inconsistent with her statement. This decision is the same as what the prosecutor requested last January 5th.

Gaga Muhammad was charged with Article 310 paragraph 3 of the Law on Road Traffic and Transportation. Gaga Muhammad was charged with an accident that caused Laura Anna to suffer a "spinal cord injury" in December 2019.

Throughout the trial of Gaga Muhammad, Laura Anna's sister appeared sluggish. Starting at around 09.00 WIB, Greta Irene, Laura Anna's sister, was seen in court with her mother. Her head rested on her mother's shoulder, black eye bags appeared on Greta's face.

Prior to the trial, Laura Anna's sister, Greta Irene, shared some evidence of Gaga's bad attitude to Laura Anna. Greta looks very disapproving of Laura being hurt by Gaga, even when she is sick.

Greta Irene couldn't contain her anger at Gaga Muhammad anymore. "Shut up, this person is as bad as my sister," said Greta Irene.
