Tangerang Spends IDR 50 Billion For Land Acquisition For The Hospital Project, Builds Building And Operations Around IDR 200 Billion
TANGERANG - The Tangerang Regency Government, Banten Province has spent Rp45 billion for the acquisition of a 4.9-hectare land in the type C Regional Hospital (RSUD) construction project in Tigaraksa sub-district, Tangerang.
"We have acquired land designated for Tigaraksa Hospital covering an area of 4.9 hectares with a budget of Rp45 to Rp50 billion," said Head of Land and Cemetery at the Perkim Office, Dadan Darmawan in Tangerang, Antara, Tuesday, January 18.
Dadan said that currently the Tigaraksa Hospital construction project is already in the stage of land distribution, with a target completion date of February 2022. "The equalization of the land prepared for Tigaraksa Hospital was carried out in October 2021," he said.
Meanwhile, Secretary of the Tangerang District Health Office Muckhlis added, it is possible that in February 2022 an auction for the construction of the building will be conducted and in April 2022 construction will begin. In addition, the development is also likely to be carried out in stages. This is because the available budget is still limited.
"It is planned that the hospital will be built with Type C. Maybe the construction will be carried out in stages, because it requires a large enough budget, around Rp. 200 billion, so that the hospital is ready to operate," he said.
He explained that the facilities that will be provided at the beginning are the main services first. Among them are services for skin diseases, eye polyclinics, midwifery, and mental health based on PP Number 47 of 2021 concerning Hospital Operations for type C with a capacity of about 200 bedrooms and will be equipped with 3 rooms for surgery.
"Medical personnel will be needed later, of course, highly competent human resources. When to start operations it may be determined based on the budget, if available, it will likely be fast. But right now the condition is post-COVID-19, so development is also adjusted to the budget," he said.
