Says 'Honey, Come Down' Police Commissioner Manapar Situmeang Melts Mother's Heart In Riau, Willing To Be Evacuated From 40 Meters Sutet Tower
PEKANBARU - Gentle and loving words 'Honey let's get down' finally melted the heart of a housewife who was in a 150,000 volt Sutet tower in Pekanbaru City, Riau.
In fact, all the persuasion from residents to the husband of a resident of Jalan Cinta Budi, Mentangor Village, Kulim District, Pekanbaru, Riau, named Julidar (46) was ignored.
This 'magic' sentence was conveyed by the Tenayan Raya Police Chief Kompol Manapar Situmeang through loudspeakers (toa). Twice saying the same sentence, Julidar finally gave the code to be evacuated.
The Pekanbaru Fire and Basarnas officers who had been on alert immediately moved quickly to the top of the 40 meter high tower to evacuate. Julidar was successfully taken down by being carried by officers.
The action of the Tenayan Raya Police Chief received appreciation and praise from the community. Kompol Manapar said the evacuation process took up to three hours. This was because Julidar refused to come down.
"It took three hours of evacuation by deploying officers from the Pekanbaru Fire Department and Basarnas," he said as quoted by Antara, Tuesday, January 18.
It is known that Julidar was desperate to climb the Sutet tower around Perum Hangtuah Cipta Residence, Jalan Cinta Budi RT02/RW11, Mentangor Village, Kulim District, Monday at around 05.10 WIB.
This is not the first time that the action of a housewife is quite dangerous. Julidar is known to have climbed the tower three times. It is suspected that he has been suffering from depression for a long time.
Every effort has been made to persuade Julidar to step down. However, the words of the husband, until the screams of the residents were ignored. Julidar wants to come down from the top of the 150,000 volt PLN electricity tower as long as the police officer wants to shout 'love' to him.
