4 Perpetrators Of Beating TNI Soldiers In Penjaringan Arrested, 3 Others Become Fugitives

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya managed to secure four of the perpetrators of the beating of TNI AD member Pratu Sahdi (22) to death in the Pluit Reservoir area, Penjaringan, North Jakarta.

"From (the results of the investigation of the perpetrators, there are) eight people we suspect of carrying out the action," said Director of General Criminal Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Tubagus Ade Hidayat, to reporters, Tuesday, January 18.

Tubagus Ade said, of the four people, three people have been named suspects. "We have determined 3 people as suspects and one person is still being investigated," said Tubagus.

His party, said Tubagus, is still pursuing the perpetrators who have not been arrested. In fact, even though they have not been arrested, they have been named suspects and set as fugitives.

"This person is on behalf of Baharuddin, he is the one who is strongly suspected of carrying out the stabbing action. Then the second is that the DPO on behalf of Sapri has been designated as a suspect and is currently still being chased and the third is the DPO on behalf of Ardi," said Tubagus

Currently, the suspects who have been arrested are charged with Article 170 regarding beatings and 351 of the Criminal Code concerning persecution. Previously, it was reported that Pratu Sahdi was the victim of death due to the beating on Jalan Rusun Muara Batu, Penjaringan, North Jakarta, Sunday, January 16, at around 03.00 WIB. .

The beating was said to have been triggered by the perpetrators looking for the Kupang group.

In fact, not only Pratu Sahdi who became victims. Because, two other people were also targeted by the perpetrators.
