Throughout 2021, 238 Ethics Complaints Received By The KPK Supervisory Board

JAKARTA - The Supervisory Board of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said there were more than 200 reports of alleged ethical violations by KPK employees throughout 2021.

This was conveyed when Tumpak Hatorangan and his friends conveyed the results of their performance for the past year on today or Tuesday, January 18th.

"During the 2021 grace period regarding the complaint report under the supervision of the prosecution, we received 238 complaints," said member of the Corruption Eradication Committee Indriyanto Seno Adji on the Indonesian KPK YouTube show.

Indriyanto said that as many as 52 reports have been completed. The settlement is also accompanied by giving answers to the complainant.

Next, 42 reports were forwarded to the relevant work units at the KPK. Then, the remaining 143 reports were archived.

"Now, there is still one report that is still in process," he said.

He said ethical action for anti-corruption commission employees would be carried out by the KPK Supervisory Board.

Furthermore, Indriyanto asked the public to report if they saw or knew of the alleged ethics committed by the employees.

However, this report is expected to have sufficient preliminary evidence. The goal is that allegations of reported ethical violations can be investigated by the KPK Supervisory Board easily.
